You’ll get the resources and knowledge to create your own  melodies with the sound from authentic analog synths. You can combine anything with anything from this production suite.

For example, you can choose a oneshot sample for the arp melody, apply some sound design techniques I’ve shown you in the video course, and experiment with different MIDI notes to match your vibe — or come up with completely new melodies and sound combinations by layering multiple sounds. This is something you can’t really do to this extent with a real synth.

If you then run it through one of the FX chains, you’ll get an out-of-this-world sound. Now, pick a fitting bass oneshot and lay down a speaker-shaking bassline! And just like that, you’ll have a sonic experience that is proven to go viral.

You can think of the oneshots as “capture presets” in the form of an audio file. It’s like a snapshot of the sound that you can manipulate with sound design techniques and FX chains — or just leave them as they are to get the original analog sound.

Real synths bring a warm and rich character to your sound that software just can’t match. But software, on the other hand, allows you to apply sound design techniques that you can’t achieve on analog synths.

Combining analog audio snapshots with digital sound design techniques gives you the best of both worlds.

I often find myself designing sounds on hardware synths and then using the oneshots to get the limitless sound design capabilities of software. In the end, you have the warm core foundation of analog units while still having endless possibilities to shape the sound even further.
